If you were hired to one of the highly recommended MTSOs, at least on this board, was told there was plenty of work on your account and the account is a total outsource, yet in two weeks you run out of work not one, not two, not three, but four times though it is slow this time of year? When I say run out of work, I mean even halfway into your shift. You ask for a backup account for day 1, but the MTSO basically brushes off your request. When the MTSO finally sees why - no work! - they are slow to get you a backup account. However, you are told your work is A+++ and the MTSO is extremely nice and flexible. You had your reservations about the MTSO and decided to keep your other gig, just in case...thankfully.
Any thoughts and suggestions are much appreciated.
