The HR person is not new. They just promoted someone sm
from inside to that position and changed the way that hiring is done. It has not delayed anything, quite the opposite. As usual, Keystrokes is looking for ways to IMPROVE, which obviously is not allowed here.

Old timers are thrilled to be promoted too sm
and especially thrilled when they get offered more for their experience coming in than sombody training for goodness sakes. I just can't get behind that rationale.
