What kind of platform does People Support use?

    I have not seen any real specifics, but I understand about wanting to inform prospective employees and share your dislikes.  I am being asked to submit a schedule at the interview when I don't know a tootin' thing about what I'd be getting into.

    I have worked for these guys for 1-1/2 years. Pay always on time, every time. I have had one raise in pay, as was promised when I started. I've never worked with better folks. Please email me with any questions.

    I work on a great platform, have good QA support and make

    a lot more than 8 cpl.  I even have GREAT benefits, which are more than affordable.  There are good companies out there that pays for experience!!!!


    What kind of platform does TransHealth use, and is it really productive? SM
    I am seriously thinking of making a change but I need a good, slick program to work on. If there's anything I hate, it's a bulky platform LOL.  Also do they have good benefits all the way around, and are you treated with respect?  I guess mainly I'm worried about whether I can make close to $1000 per week, given time to get used to my accounts.  I have 27 years of experience and am fairly fast.  Thanks for any info you care to share!!

    And, you have all kind of people here who say
    they cannot leave home, they have a kid, husband, etc., so they have to work at home. Do people not think the MTSOs see this? They have most where they want them. They can QA you to death, lower your rates, make your line count higher, make you work when they only need you and YET, the people continue saying but I cant leave the home. Well, then work from home and be satisfied with your lot.

    we all know as with everything, time and circumstances change. sorry to hear your outcomes. i too hope TT will hold up to its end of the bargain as they have something great going on now and we need companies like this.

    good benefits.  The pay could be more, but at least there is a production incentive tier that is not too tough to achieve.   Overall, I would say this is probably one of the best places I have ever worked.  If the no work situation continues, I guess I will just have to call them and ask for a secondary.  Everyone in the office has always been very helpful and supportive.   I just get nervous when it is not a holiday or anything and no files are available.  That is just my little thing, I guess.  I still would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

    It all sounds like a bunch of hooey.  My ex husband used to tell lies when the truth would have worked better.  Perhaps she is related to him. 


    I cannot believe any MT would not know at least the most important aspects of the BOS.  True, with some accounts, you ignore the BOS and do it however the client wants it, but still, you should KNOW the rules. 


    Maybe I'll just put out a shingle and call myself a lawyer.  Of course, I know nothing about the law ... but maybe that shouldn't be a problem.

    get tired of us talking so much on here. Every place I have ever worked has always paid early if the pay day fell on a holiday.  Granted, they do not have to, and it is a nice and considerate thing to do, but hardly so much so as to make me want to burst into a chorus of Go Tell It On the Mountain.   lol

    It was Inscribe. Cumbersome with lots of entries to make in demographics fields, many doctor addresses to look up and fill in, and differing specs for each account. They have a lot of work, but I had to be put on several different accounts to stay busy. I had a hard time getting the minimum lines in each day because I spent so much time fiddling with other things and looking up doc names, specs, jumping between accounts, etc. It was far too much hassle for ME for the line rate, which was 7-8 cpl depending how many lines you did per week. It wasn't just me, either, because I spoke to another experienced MT who hired on around the same time and she was feeling the same way.

    The cons are very nice and helpful people, pay was on time and correct, the doctors were clear with hardly any ESLs, and there seemed to be plenty of work, albeit on several different accounts.     The accounts I have are under 200 beds, hardly any ops and those are most Csections, EGD, colonoscopies.  Hardly even a chole or appy.  New enough I don't want to really complain to my supervisor.  Thinking about picking up PT job just to keep my skills up in OP department.  Used to working 500 to 800 bed hospitals with lots of exciting ops.  Should I shut up and be glad I like the comany? 
    Platform is easy to use, and the people are great to work with. sm
    I only work there part-time, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  Good luck on whatever you decide.

    RISS is not a platform. RIS stands for Radiology Information System. The platform sm
    would be EXText.
    MDI-MD platform is fast, not full of problems like Transcend platform or MDI-FL

    On Transcend platform you have to click, click, click all day and still get errors, change screens constantly -  its a nightmare to work in. 


    Yes, SPi does use this platform....it's a great platform, but not worth working for SPi. nm

    Bad Platform. I personally know of 3 MTs who left because of the platform.
    If you are like me, the bottom line is wages and what I get in my check. I have never worked for Amphion, but I personally know of 3 MTs who worked part-time at Amphion before quitting their other service to see what Amphion had to offer before it was too late. All 3 quit Amphion and stayed with their other service because of the Amphion platform. Too hard to make any decent lines.

    I worked for SS and some people were very RUDE and I am talking about the editing people in some
    instances.  It ALL depends on the person, as it does with any company.  They paid on time and the lady over me was very nice, but boy the person in QA was mean to EVERYONE!!  Never seen anything like it before.
