What is it with a lot of us having

I hve never seen it this bad in all the years I have been doing this kind of work!  Sure there are times when it got slow, but not to this degree and not as often.  What do you think?  Is it the economy and a lot of people losing their jobs and insurance, so they have stopped getting medical care?  I certainly don't think everyone all of a sudden got healthy and in no need of one. 

One scary thought is what if this market is so saturated that there are too many MTs and not enough work to go around and the MTSOs are still overstaffing. 

I'm pretty sick and tired of this rollercoaster.    I'm too old to be considering another career change.  Otherwise, I would beat feet.
