It sounds to me in a nutshell DTS would like people to pick up the pace during the busy times and quit complaining because when the work is there, some not all MTs are just plain not willing to help out. Some MTs are getting extras when they are having a hard time and needing some money- not sure what that part meant but I am thinking maybe this owner is giving cash advances to her MTs. 800 lines a day is a very low line quota for an experienced MT expected that you are full-time. Usually the quota is 1,200. I find absolutely nothing wrong with this e-mail. Even as an IC, 1,200 lines a day is about right on the nose.
