What does this tell you? (sm)

There are numerous MTs on my accounts who have been with the company 4+ months and are still on 100% QA.  Now, that is sad!  These are clinic and ER accounts.  They can't even get the account specifics right from day to day.  Some of the stuff they type is down right scary! It is very frustrating to say the least.

• MTSOs, on a scale of 1 to 10, how qualified are - your applicants for acute care work? sm
