No it is not a bad thing .. however, what I was thinking is what I wrote ..and what I am saying is that I would hate to learn that the motives for doing this sort of thing were only money driven. Choosing that particular population might set the "program" up for failure but the recipient of the funds would lose nothing even so. There has been so much of this happen in every nook and cranny of this business that I would hate to see an MTSO make this money as they do offshore by investing less and paying less and doing that to our own citizens. I thought that my thoughts were clear. I hope that this clarifies what I am saying. Then too, it always helps for all parties to hear the information first hand and I, as an audience member was livid to hear that we can sacrifice style and grammar and such to accommodate the electronic medical record. With ESL physicians and so much at stake in terms of American citizen's health care .. sacrificing quality of our medical records should not ever be entertained.
