What I can really see

We all as human beings create the situation we are in.  If this field is truly that bad, then get out of it!  But to come on here and cry and whine day in and day out is not solving the problem.  We are not physicians and shouldn't be paid as such.  We are not anything other than a paper pusher really.  Everyone can type now.  As a matter of fact, my 3rd grader began dictation at school on a typing program.  It's not rocket science. 

If someone cannot afford things, then get another gosh darn job and stop being lazy!  Laziness equates to the poor house!  That's the bottom line!
