fact that these companies are so obviously not suing for MONEY, or else they'd be going after someone with a lot deeper pockets than the average MT has. What they're trying to gain (because I think they know they're starting to lose a little bit of it) is CONTROL. If we were sitting in an office, using their desks and computers, they would most certainly have more control over what we did, at least for 8 hours a day anyway. But now that we're at home, they want it both ways. They want us out of sight, out of mind, so they don't have to look us in the eye when they rip us off. But oh, heavens to Betsy! Don't ever have the gall to speak the truth about them, in your own home, on your own computer, on the (still) free Internet, in a country where Free Speech is the 1st order of business in the Constitution. No, no, no... that will NEVER do!
Next they'll be coming up with electronic ankle devices like criminals under house-arrest have to wear, so they can time our bathroom breaks by remote control. It's pretty much the same idea.
