I guess as long as an IC is never late for their SCHEDULED work hours, then they have no reason to bother you. lol

They are breaking the law. If you are an IC with TTS, you are being treated as an employee. Period. There is no way that you can argue with this statement. You are obviously working your SCHEDULE, thus there is no reason for them to bother you.
