Well, you are 1 of few

Have you seen the Transcend forum lately?  It seems you are a dying breed.  I think it is safe to say, from some of the problems MTs are talking about on the forum, that the majority of Transcend's MTs are VERY, VERY UNHAPPY with the crazy things going on these days (error messages, inability to even log in/system down, once you can log in--NO WORK, horrendous sound quality and having to reload dictations and pray for decent sound).  On top of that, even after numerous complaints and requests for downtime pay, management has done LITTLE OR NOTHING to make things better for the MTs financially.  It is okay to be faithful to a company but not to the point of bankruptcy, which is what a lot of MTs are complaining about.  The financial situation for most at Transcend is very depressing, but good for you.  At least some of the MTs are still happy.  I wish you luck--you're going to need it!
