I also might add that it is important to state that you have done things such as operative notes, not just I have 5 years experience. It is helpful to know what type of experience you actually have. In addition, if the requirement is 3 years, don't say I will be graduating in 2007 from a class. and expect to be given consideration. Nuf said.
