phone call once and the person called me before my lunch hour started, so I missed the call. They had insisted on making the phone call during the week, when I had to be at my job on site. I sat out in my car with my cell phone in the heat, waiting for the call, which never came. I sent an email and discovered she called 3 minutes early, with no explanation or apology.
I said if she wanted to talk to me she could call me on the weekend when I was off, and she didn't bother. Probably best because I was literally and figuratively steamed over it.
