in my opinion, they are not holding the threat of losing the account over us, they are at least communicating, rather than losing the account and then telling us, again as some companies do according to these boards. I probably have never worked an actual 40 hour week since I started several years ago, by choice, I always work more. I would rather know the account is in jeopardy and try and help salvage it, I already went thru QT losing an account a couple of years ago to VR and did not know until the last minute, would much rather know the possibility is there by them communicating the need for everyone's help.
