I'm pretty shocked to hear this! Going to a black character line will reduce pay by about 25%, maybe more. That combined with the huge (33+%) jump in the line requirements would definitely make me think twice about going with T-C again, especially since the platform does require so much tabbing back and forth. I think I would probably have to look elsewhere for work.
