I appreciate your reply. However, I am an SE. I also believe the laws have changed substantially about who is considered an 'employee' when hurt on the job, but I am an employee, as there are no longer any IC's working for MQ since probably one-year into my six of being in their employ.
I wanted to know if anyone had actually filed a claim for work injury and what was the outcome or progress.
