VR vs ST

Straight Transcription:
Average: 150-200 lph

Low Speed: 128 lph

Voice Recognition:
Average: 200-250 lph
Top Speed: 358 lph
Low Speed: 180 lph

Some of my VR dictators are so bad that I just choose to straight type the report because I get it done faster than correcting it. I still get paid VR rates though :(

I get paid a decent VR rate and the more lines I get in a week the better bonus I get. Although, my VR speed isn't high enough to cover the pay cut, it allows me to get enough lines in a week so that I get a better bonus, thus equalling it out overall. I haven't seen an increase in my pay since starting VR. I initially saw a drop, but now that things are starting to get smoothed out, it is better.

I think if I got good VR dictators all the time, I could easily get 450 lph, but since that has never happened, I don't know for sure. I do know that I once got 112 lines in 10 minutes, so do that for an hour straight and that would equal 672 lph. I never get that lucky though :)

I would love to hear how everyone else does as well. Lets you know how you stack up.
