Let me just say to you that I feel for you with the VR! I worked for a great company for 10 years,knew all the docs by heart, and they went to VR. I stuck it out for a year and made less money full-time than when I worked at CVS as a 16 yo. I ended up leaving and just the pain in the butt of having to learn a whole new client took me another year to make close to a decent paycheck (straight typing). It is such a joke, we are required to keep up with all the latest procedures, drugs, etc. just as the doctors are, and more, but our pay sucks more now than 10 years ago....I just don't get it!
