VR, let me tell you about this

I have used VR now for about 5 years. I post on this all the time because I really want others to know what my experience is. VR started out with a bang, in about 2 weeks most of our reports went from manual to very, very good VR. Now we MTers were all inhouse then and apparently most trained VR right because I was amazed at how it picked up so quickly. Fast forward, now outsourced but still on same platform and doing the same hospital work (my 18th year for this same hospital). I do the same dictators as before but of course have more ESLs (which I am surprised because VR does a good job with them and now I do not have to rack my brain to understand as much). VR is using others MTers now and it has gone to a bunch of salad. No periods, numbering completely off always, goes 1, 4, 4, 4, and so on, always have to fix numbering, leaves doctors names off completely when dictated in reports, sometimes leaves whole sentences off, capitalizes words in middle of sentences for no reason, etc., etc., and etc. It this continues like now I would never be without a job. There is no change whatsoever on this end (except for the MTers perhaps retraining what was once good to now pitiful and it takes a lot of time to edit this. I read what others write about VR taking over and I have absolutely no fear here after 5 years because of the change I see and my end is no where close to perfect.
