Right on ! Totally agree !

If only people would understand tha MTing is not anymore what is wss. Nobody should enter into this profession anymore. Then the experienced MTs with a lot of knowledge could demand and also get the cpl rate they deserve.

But people keep getting into this profession, because MT schools and MTSOs paint it as an excellent career.
