Umm....

Aren't you making around $20 an hour doing 500 lph?    You deserve more than the person at McDonalds?  You don't deserve anything but to work like the rest of us.   Personally, I am glad I don't work at McDonalds, that would be a lot more stressful than what I do.  Either you're not doing 500 lph or you have some unrealistic idea about what your position is.
