If the hiring process is like the actual working process, it's bad. I was hired for QA, waited a week to get set up (which you have to do yourself) and neither of the required footpedals worked. I kept asking about IT and evidently there isn't one. Then I asked about account details and instructions and there are none! I asked how do you have QA if there are no written rules for both QA and MT to follow? It would be nothing but just opinions across the board. I did see about the work, you sit and wait for just one report to come in. They seriously need somebody to whip the company into shape...I'd hate to be on the receiving end of those reports!
