You are right.  I am sorry if I sounded a bit snotty in my post earlier.  I have worked for Omniscribe.  The owner does not care about morale.  She will negate on her word.  Your pay is late because she takes care of herself first, then when it is convenient, she will pay you.  She makes promises she does not keep, and she will give you a raise, but then will cut back your workload, hire more MTs at a lower rate and give them your workload.  It will fustrate you to the point where you will quit because you cannot make any money to pay your bills.
