In MI, you can claim for UNDERemployment. Regular qualifying: You must have wages in at least 2 quarters in your base period. In 1 qtr, your wages must be at least 2871 and then there are a few other qualifying terms. All states are going to be different. If work goes down again, I can go in and claim again. Some weeks you can claim; some you can't. But this is what I know for Michigan only. Some states may be the same, some different. You have to call your local Dept of Labor.
