In Reply to: A company that doesn't ...sm - very frustrated
I know what you mean. When I recently left my company and began testing with others, it was ridiculous because I had to do the same test over and over with different companies, only to find that it wasn't a good fit for me. So...I started asking specific questions from the recruiters, etc. before I'd commit to actually taking a test. Even if they won't offer a definite pay rate, they should be willing to give you a ballpark figure. As far as benefits, PTO, etc, that information should be forthcoming prior to the testing process. I found all the companies I spoke to in this manner to be very understanding and didn't have a problem at all providing me with the info I asked for. Good Luck!
