I heard they have a new payscale and wondered if they are paying for spaces now, as well as templates, headers, etc. I was going to apply but heard that they've had a lot of turnover and wondered if the new payscale is to the advantage of the MT or the employer, as is usually the case when MT companies restructure their payscale to attract new employees. Thanks for any input.
