MQ expansions
are saved in a file I think called user.aco. I left 5 months ago so can't remember exactly. You can bring it up as a text file in notepad and save it. When I left MQ, I saved all my expansions and converted them to Instant Text.

I would talk to tech at TT. I didn't bother to do it. I took me about a month to get most of mine back in, not too bad, but it would have been easier if I had mine from MQ

I don't work with expansions, mostly because I don't quite understand them. When I started we were on typewriters.

i wanted to transfer out of the foxboro office because of a lack of work and at that time supposedly all transfers to other offices( i wanted to go to the Ohio MQ office) were frozen--foxboro is part of the amherst office--when we were first transferred to the foxboro office, all accounts went also, but since then some have gone to other vendors and what i found is that all the remaining accounts were overstaffed and no one had work--being in amherst is not that much better--i just want an office that has work--right now i am in 5 accounts

are you being transferred there sometime soon???

I was called 2 weeks ago by my supervisor at Foxboro, asking if I wanted to go primary on the ohio account. Didn't realize until I got a call from the Columbus office that I am getting transferred there. They are sending my new computer next week and I do the DQS training the following week.

I know there is a file you can save and copy, as they did it for me with the company I work for. I'll find out for you on Monday and let you know.

You are so lucky--the Ohio office is a great place to work for, all kinds of incentives and you do not have to ask for them, plenty of work--good luck--you will enjoying working there, my girlfriend asked to be transferred there from Foxboro about 3 months ago and it has turned out to be the best move that she could have made. She is in one acccount and has all the work that she needs--what I don't understand is if there is so much work in the amherst office and accounts that are out of TAT, why you were not transferred there????

question about expansions in DocQscribe

Does anyone know how to copy DocQScribe expansions from DocQscribe onto the same (DocQscribe) expansions on a different account. Another words, I work for 2 companies as an IC and they both have DocScribe. One account I have been on for some time and have acquired a lot of expansions, and would just like to copy them over to my somewhat newer account so that I don't have to re-add them all in. ');>

Using FTP download/upload Transfer (sm)
If a company uses FTP download/upload transfer method does that pretty much mean whatever is downloaded to you it has to be done at the end of the day and if you desire extra work you have to ask for it to be downloaded? I prefer to sign on and get work without having to call the office and ask. Would appreciate any info.

B4 you leave you should talk to your account mgr about a possible transfer
there are other teams in the company that still do straight typing, and have lots of work now.

I also work for Warminster. Thinking of trying to transfer out. It is now the NE and yes multiple
accounts all the time. Warminster has always done this and I hear the same for the NE so may be time to look at other MQ offices.

Can we all transfer out like that. Does she like her accounts in Ohio. They have huge universities
in Ohio, I mean huge.
