I liked this company at first, but have come to absolutely HATE it. The account I am on has numerous clinics in it, and each clinic and each doctor within each clinic has different requirements. For every report that I type, I have to look up the clinic/dictator preferences. For letters, we have to go on line and research to find the doctor's (recipient's) address. You then have to manually write the address down, then go back into your report and type in the doctors name and address. This can take quite a while. You are first expected to search the facility's web site, and if you don't find the address there, you must search the web. God help you if you send the report to QA because you can't find the address!!!!! I spend more time researching for physician's addresses sometimes than I do typing to generate actual paid lines.
