I also forgot to ask - How do you get the work from the doctor and return it? Is it necessary to buy an expensive dictation system?

If you have the time, I would love to also hear your responses to the initial questions I had asked, just to get another person's thoughts. Midwest MT kindly answered my questions but it always helps me to get more than one opinion. Thanks in advance if you can.
