I've been there quite a while, pay on time, growth spurt right now, so good time to get on board,
new accounts and lots of work, and before someone says it, I'm not management, just an employee.

Yes, check out the MQ board. There are
just as many happy employees as there are these others. Of course, MQ has thousands of MTs and only a handful post on the boards.

If you really and truly believe they are offshoring, ask them. Tell them you have concerns and that you have heard they were outsourcing!. I know for a fact that L is still quite involved in the company and believe me, they have hired new people; people who just couldn't cut it and were not good enough to put out quality work; QT has always, always prided themselves in quality! If an MT can't do quality work, why keep them? It's a waste of time and money! I just know one thing, I will do my all this week to help get us back in TAT. You do what you have to do!
I'm sure the attorney has time to "live on this board" like we do. nm

there is one particular person who jumps in with the story that she ws never paid by them, and then the company does not get discussed. So you have not experienced this problem and are relativey happy working there? I just looked at their website and it actually looked like a good company from what is there, and their ad looks promising also. Might just be worth checking out, but on that other board, you're just never able to find out anything! I'm so glad you posted. I also found out they hire ICs so maybe they'd let some MTs start out part-time to see if they liked it or were, as we say, a good fit LOL
I have known this for a long time; that is why I NEVER respond to an email from ANYONE on this board
because it will identify your email address when you return their email. When they ask me to talk via email, I just don't respond to them. NO RETURN EMAIL FROM ME.
There's tons of info here if you do a board search. They get discussed all the time. :) nm

No news is good news for me. I check my audited reports all the time
If I need to talk with one of them, I call or IM them. But, no, I have learned that if I am doing a good job, they leave you alone to do your work. They are not in any way a company that micromanages as long as you do what you are supposed to. If you give them a reason to think you are not doing what you are supposed to be doing, they will keep an eye out on your work, etc.

Credit check, FBI check was not for
me. The notion that if you don't pay your bills means your not a responsible person really kills me!!! Lots of people have $$ problems, especially if you are an MT, LOL!!! They are the only company I know that does these checks. Seems a little anal to me!!!
