I am not nickled and dimed for the work that I do, I love my job and the flexibility, it affords me to be at home with my children meaning they do not spend more time with a babysitter or daycare than they spend with me on a daily basis, which gives me peace of mind, I can work in my pajamas, and I do not have to leave my house when it is cold, raining, or snowing outside. Could go on and list many more, but for me the reasons above are enough.
Just because you find some people who complain does not mean that is the case for everyone. I am sure there are many with government jobs who complain and are not satisfied, quite frankly probably some who work with you daily.
If you look at it, our government is not that great. The only thing our government has been successful at is figuring out a way to nickle and dime us every chance they can get. Come on our side, you might find that you like it......remember though, I speak for myself, my situation, and my household. I am Happy!!!!
