As long as you're doing it from your own PC they can't tell you what you can or can't say about them or tell who posted what - takes a lot of nerve to use the company PC to post about them and that's probably what they're trying to avoid.

I personally will say what I want about any employer, previous or current, that's my right under the constitution, would never sign a document for a company saying I can't do what I want with my PC that I own.
