11 cpl as an IC or SE is equivalent to
about 8 or 9 as an employee with decent benes, and I believe MDI hires IC and SE. ICs have to make quite a bit more money to make up for paying their own SS, dealing with their own taxes, no sick days, no vacation days, no health or dental insurance, no unemployment should you lose your job, no short/long term disability, no life insurance, etc. etc....
4 cpl as an IC is equivalent to about 2 cpl
as an employee with benefits. That's very low.

At WMX you are paid the hourly equivalent of your sm
production rate. If you are making $20 an hour (averaged) on production, that's what you make when you take PTO or holiday pay.
And if you DO work it, you get the equivalent of double time! sm
