They use a divisor

in their DocQmanage program. I work for a hospital that uses their program. I found this out when my pay started falling dramatically. They have a page where they can change (any time they want to) the divisor. This is a number that they divide your characters by. They will tell you that they are paying you on a 65 character line, but they can divide the characters by any number which shows your line count to be the same or even better, when in fact it is not.
Also, it is a page that lists each character, keystroke, headers, footers, etc and they mark a yes or no by it as to whether or not they want to count it. I have seen this for a fact and THEY SHOULD BE CAUGHT AND IT SHOULD BE MADE PUBLIC.
You cannot win with MQ. They are straight up stealing for its transcriptionists.

What do you mean by divisor?
I don't understand what you mean by divisor. Can you explain this to me? I work for Medquist and am wondering if this is something that I should be checking out....
That's because they probably keep changing your divisor
to count the lines to match whatever they want to pay you. They are so bad. Taking money from transcriptionists who do all the real work and have the experience and intelligence that THEY USE to make THEIR MONEY!
