Ok thanks, I didn't do it and thought the same thing as you. As it turns out we were able to fix the problem and I didn't deactivate anything, although they seemed a little annoyed at the amount of time it took to fix it.
I actually had an imac that got a virus once
so it is very possible. The best way to avoid this is to have a reputable antivirus program on your computer, keep it updated and enablied, as well as have an antispyware program installed and have it set to regularly scan for and delete any spyware.
I got a virus alert when I went to their site
What in the world could it be other than free work? Try backlog catchup for free! Horrible...
