They restructure their QA about 2-1/2 to 3 years ago. Good Luck is all I can tell you. I work for a very reputable company who holds quality its #1 standard and I have had no less than a 99.2% in 2 years.

Transolutions is HORRIBLE and charge you major errors for punctuation, etc.

Again, good luck if you decide to go there.
