They certainly do lie. SM

They lie outright and they lie by omission.  The **average** MT they are talking about as far as ISR production - who is that person?  They should have had that person talk about their production, their feelings about the software, their feelings about a pay cut.

They can't do that because they have no such person.  The numbers they came up with are numbers they want to claim.  It's to their benefit to mislead the MTs who have no experience with the software yet.  Those of us who are working on it already know that there is NO way to make **more** money on this software with the pay scale they are implementing, only less.  I haven't bothered to say anything until now because I feel like they don't care if any of us likes it or hates it.  They don't care if we leave or stay.  They really do not.  They are a bunch of suits in a lovely office building with lovely offices and they work 8-hour days.  None of them care about us at all.  THAT is the truth.
