single moms of the world with that claim to fame. MT is a very difficult field to learn and be successful in especially in today's world when these big nationals are only looking out for #1, keeping their clients happy at the use and abuse of the hired help. If you have years of experience because you dug your heels in years ago, stuck it out and know your worth, their callous and cold attitude is less traumatizing.
MTs definitely need someone looking out for them to provide job security. You would think that the educational institutions of today would start looking into what the future holds for their graduates. It should be their responsibility to ensure that students enrolling in their curriculums will have good, stable job opportunities when they graduate. Sadly, most fall short and do not concern themselves with that aspect of career training. They, too, just want your money honey with no guarantees attached.

Definitely the luck of the draw. I didn't last there either but
s
or the small ones do not draw attention. It seems to be the bigger companies. sm
They are the ones mentioned the most, at least the ones that are growing.
that is just it, Daisy, luck of the draw for a good supervisor...
and they also promise you the moon in the beginning. everyone was quite nice and wonderful in the beginning in my experience. then I got thrown to the manager, who was schizophrenic.
when no work, NO ONE will respond to you. when there is work, they are all over you like leaves on trees...threatening, harassing, etc.
depends on what is important to you. oh, and I could not even get 1000 lines/day after a while...was awful.
And even then it's luck of the draw most times as far as acct, supes, etc.
xx
In my state, if they hire you full time, then do not provide the work you can draw unemployment -
You would have to talk to someone in your state, but I was able to draw partial unemployment while still working in Georgia. I had to report in each week how much I made and they gave me partial benefits. To qualify, you had to have been hired full time.
