Ask some of the people who have been here longer than the last few years and see if they got raises.  If they did, ask how much and how many years went by before they did.  It's not the economy.  It's not that they're investing in their employees.  It's that they want to keep growing and throwing the money toward new hire bonuses and new employees in admin.  You can betcha there will be more admin positions with all the developments.  However, how's it going to hit you or I in our pay?  You guessed it----it's not. 


MT stinks.  QA stinks.  One of the platform stinks to high heaven.  The other is pretty good.  It matters where you end up.  You can be very happy and then a change or two made (supervisor, platform), and then become very unhappy with your job fast.


I've been here a while.  The pay has never been right.  If they want to tout REMARKABLE as their slogan, then they need to be REMARKABLE in their pay, too.  Right now they're just like about any other MTSO with pay.  Not keeping up with inflation.  Not keeping up with cost of living.  And not treating their current employees right with the pay scale. MTs/QA are the last to get the money from all of their endeavors.  Typical, not remarkable.
