systems out there that are excellent ones. I personally would not sit by and put myself in a panic with the lowering of wages and from what I read on here garbage that some systems seem to put out. I have been on my particular system now for 5 years. I don't think the MTSOs are going to make changes and if anything changes it would have to be on the MTs end. By the way, what are ILPs? I have only worked on the same VR, same company so I know only mine and I really love VR.
