I know Transcend is running an ad that says they take both Vista and satellite. Not sure if they're hiring, but I think Proscript is the same. If you find a place that supplies equipment, you would not need to worry about your Vista because they'd have what they need on the computer. I know Spheris used to supply a computer.
However, I have no idea what any of those companies are like to work for. I know at least a couple years ago, the only person I would recommend work for Spheris would be someone I really disliked, but they may have changed.
