the MTSOs, the problem is the clients. The clients do not want to pay enough for the services offered. So, tell me, how is the MTSO supposed to pay their MTs good wages when the client does not want to pay a fair price for the service? The money just is not there. Clients are trying to cut costs any way possible, and MT is one of the first areas to cut. This is reality. We need to face it. Are there still decent-paying jobs out there? Yes, but this will not be the norm.
