accounts are done the same way. When I started, they gave you absolutely NO account specifics whatsoever. I told them I had no experience on the particular platform (it really wasn't hard though) but the big problem was getting started and getting the software up. It should not have taken over a month to do and then it wasn't right. It was their fault.
Started with Keystrokes and they found out immediately that it was the internet carrier and the upload speed. That was easily taken care of. What little that was done, was not paid for. Also there was no QA to ask anything. My particular account was dialed right into the hospital system so nothing went through Landmark people.
Before that I had never heard anything bad about Landmark, now I am hearing stuff all the time, especially no pay for work done.
