Mind you its been more than a year - but super nice people, their set up is fabulous, but they promised me the moon and I just sat and twiddled my thumbs. They may have changed since then, but doubt it. They kept asking me to stick it out it will get better. So I gave them 6 weeks. My last paycheck for 2 weeks was less than $150. Hope you have better luck than I did.
