No problem... I do believe many of us are very much alike. I am always impatient and especially when it comes to work! I have often bugged my ISP at 3 in the morning LOL. But it got the job done...:)

QA is always loathed.
Its the nature of this particular board because
no one has to actually register and be accountable. There are lots of other nice MT sites, professional, friendly, supportive, and this catty behavior just doesn't happen or isn't accepted. Its not censored out either - as in posts disappearing - but the threads get locked when someone says something nasty. Those posters quickly come back here to there anony turf where they can rag away!

to hear and see the bad. Bad always trumps good and the saddest part of all, the same people trashing it won't come back to post good things after they've tried it and were proven wrong.

If you want a job, and they want to know how to fit you for which department, best to say what you can do like basic 4 acute 10 years, etc. Nothing wrong with that question. They are just trying to match your skills with the job. Some MTs have only done clinic notes or psych notes and some have never done ops no matter 10 or 20 years, etc. Put yourself in their shoes and you will find a reasonable answer. IMHO

with major holidays -- Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc. Patients do not go in for elective procedures, docs take time off, etc. That's just part of the game. I just try to put a little aside during the feast times to prepare for the famine times.
I think you should give them a chance. They are good people and they do care. I doubt you'll find ANY place that has a constant flow of work, 24/7. If you, please let us all know so we can enjoy too.
Are you required to work major holdays at KS. I know nature of biz to work them. Thanks for info. nm
