I've tested with MTSOs/companies, gotten good feedback on virtually all of them, but then told by several that they did not have current openings but would keep me on file for future openings. Maybe I should tell my kids there's no dinner tonight, my grocer, landlord and utility companyto just keep me on account, my credit card company to waive its late fees, but I'd keep them on file for future consideration. This is a comprehensible practice, but they do it because they can.
