I said there are those out there who may not have a lot of experience in MT but who still can do a very good job because of other life experiences and just plain intelligence and know-how. There is plenty to say for an experienced MT with 30+ years. I'm not describing an 18-year-old fresh out of high school who aspires to be an MT so that she can work at home instead of flip burgers and try to maintain good grades in college. There are the exceptions such as someone further advanced in age who has some medical knowledge, common sense and is highly intelligent who does well at MT but yet they are still considered a newbie. Some newbies are highly skilled to begin with. That's all I'm saying. :-)
