More and more companies are going the route of VR because that's the direction this field is heading in. I need to make an informed decision on whether or not I want to stay in this field...and if I do, I would like to know what the average is when I base a decision on what company I want to go with. Mine at this point is offering 3.5 for VR editing and I would like the opinion of others as to what they make.
