I have 8-1/2 years of experience, so I know I should get more, but the pay should go up after the 90-day probationary period. I did apply somewhere else about a transcription job and am waiting for them to call me back to see if the job is still available and what that one pays. I know it's not a lot of money, but it's more than I'm making now with this huge lack of work.
