Thanks for letting us know!
I happen to work for an excellent MTSO as an IC, never miss a paycheck, EVER. There are others not so lucky. If it were not for checking on this board, how on earth would we know who to trust? We need to keep each other informed. Great job!
Thank you for letting me know!

I wait for that knock on the door every day :). It is like Christmas is coming or something. Looking forward to starting. Thanks again for letting me know.
Thanks for letting TT'ers know...
I have almost 40 years of experience and was quoted 4.5 cpl on editing, AND I have been with TT for a few years already. Now I know I have a bargaining edge since you are being paid 6.5 cpl. How in the world did you manage that? I would definitely try editing for that, with the incentives and all. So glad you posted this. I really do not want to leave the company.
Are you asking a question or just letting

just letting people out there
know a little more about the company. It was discussed that no one could find anything about the company and I made a post that could provide a starting point that was not speculative for someone's future search. Didn't mean to be smarmy at all.
Thanks for letting us know what you found out NM

Mind letting the rest of us in on the conversation and let us know
at least the initals of the company? It is just maddening to be outside of a conversation. LOL.

Wow .. thanks for letting me know. They bill themselves as a small, caring company. sm
The pay isn't much, but I was just going to use it to supplement my income while work is light at my regular job. So much for caring ... who needs their pitifully low offerings anyway? Bah humbug ... LOL

Has she posted anything to that effect, or is she letting testing continue?
I dunno, this whole situation sounds a bit peculiar to me. I like to give everyone the benefit of a doubt, but this one just seems peculiar for some reason (or for several reasons).
I hope whoever bothered to test for this and landed it posts how their experience goes.
Any companies letting part-timers buy in on the health insurance? sm
Just wondering if there are any transcription companies where you can work 20 or 25 hours a week and get in on the health insurance plan even if you have to pay the whole premium yourself? Thanks
Whew - sounds like Webmedx dodged a bullet by letting you go. sm
You sound over-the-top dramatic! It is the Sloppiest trasncription rules I have ever seen - sic
Good luck somewhere else.
You are wasting your words on this or any site letting it bother you. The bashers will continue
to bash because they get pleasure from doing so.
What you need to do is do not read the threads. Bashers love to bash.
If you choose to read the threads, take it with a grain of salt and just let it go over your head.
You know the truth and an intelligent MT will go to the company for questions particularly when that company makes it clear in their ads that they can.
I just would not sweat it. Know that intelligence prevails in this industry and the smart ones will find out for themselves rather than read sour grapes or anything that resembles it.
Go relax and don't worry about it. Enjoy your day.
That is a BIG problem at TransTech is leads assigning work, rather than letting the work flow
This TT MT just admitted to that fact. It has been very obvious, as so easy to tell how work comes into our que and then gets pulled out as fast as it came in and replaced with YUKKY dictators. VERY frustrating to us other TT MT's who take the JUNK that is NOT assigned to other MT's, such as this poster.
